Appointment Policies
To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, please adhere to the following guidelines when booking your lash appointment:
1. Arrival and Preparation:
• Arrive on time with clean, makeup-free lashes.
• Wear comfy clothes and bring headphones for a more comfortable experience.
• Avoid consuming caffeine within 6 hours prior to your appointment to ensure a calm and steady session.
• No food or children are allowed in the studio, ensuring a peaceful and focused environment.
2. Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, a late fee will apply, and your service time will be shortened to fit within the remaining appointment window.
3. Silent Appointments:
To ensure the best results, I recommend silent appointments. Excessive movement, such as talking with hands or facial expressions, can cause the tape to shift and affect the application process. This helps me focus on giving you the perfect lashes with minimal disruptions.
4. Cancellation Policy:
A 50% cancellation fee will apply for any no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If there is no contact after 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and the fee will be charged.
5. Deposits:
Deposits are required to secure and confirm your appointment. These deposits are non-refundable and will be applied towards your appointment on the day of service.
